Does eating bug food actually do something to enhance your brain?

So many questions...
1. What do you have against Gavin Rossdale?
2. Bug food as in Chinese, or food made from bugs?
3. Omega 3s (DHA, EPA, and possibly ALA) and antioxidants can help stave off degradation... so probably yes regardless of your answer to q2.

I mean mostly eating live bugs / if you were able to catch every bug you came across what would happen.

esp. If you did psychedelics

I saw a post about how they can protect your brain if your body is malnourished... I actually don't know that much about it so Idk what u mean by Chinese (ik you can get cricket protein too)

You'd probably want to go more with farmed bugs, or at least species that aren't known for eating shit and garbage.
If you're malnourished, apparently bugs do have a decent amount of fat, B vitamins, protein, and fatty acids to them, as well as some vitamin C (probably dependent on the bug), aminos... Yeah, you could probably keep yourself alive with them. They might even stave off the scurvy.
I don't imagine that eating bugs with a head full of psychedelics would be particularly great for your psyche, but it would help to keep the machinery moving.
