What is a /ck/ approved built-in oven + cooktop? My requirements are: should last (10+y), exclusively knobs for main controls on the front side, ceramic top (induction is too expensive including the full pot set), German market, max 800 euros (t. poorfag)
And I want to know if pyrolysis (self cleaning) is a meme, or worth the extra money (for saving time)
So far the only thing that ticks everything is this: https://www.mediamarkt.de/de/product/_siemens-pq211ka00-2313978.html
I've looked at it irl and it seems pretty decent, top is Made in Germany too. Looked for a cheaper Bosch alternative, but couldn't find one

If possible, I recommend put off buying a stove like this and getting an induction one. I've had nothing but trouble with my electric non-induction stove. It's bad enough that I do most of my cooking with a cheap portable induction burner.

Most of your cookware is probably already compatible with an induction stove. If you can stick a magnet to the bottom of it, it it'll work on an induction stove.

Electrolux ranges are pretty well built and right at your price range.

>is self cleaning a meme
No
>it is worth the extra money
It is if you're a lazy fuck

Nope, out of my whole (mixed set) 2 are compatible
>If you can stick a magnet to the bottom
I researched converter disks, they basically just "convert" the induction stove into electric (by absorbing the energy and radiating heat). It's inefficient af, especially if your pots aren't perfectly flat
