these just arrived today, ordered them just to see if they were any good, gonna have one tomorrow. havent decided what ill start with yet. if this thread is up tomorrow ill report back with which one i tried and what i think of it.

anyone else have any experience with these premade meals targeted at /fit/fags? if nothing else they look like an easy way to reach protein goals, however ive seen a few people say theres less protein in them than it says on the label.

you did ok. the chicken varieties of this brand range from edible to ok. The beef ones are disgusting and should be avoided
>>
>>20983237
the ones with beef i got were spaghetti bolognese and creamy beef tortellini. ill try the spaghetti bolognese first. honestly ive never been a fan of microwaved meals (ive always been pretty grossed out by them tbqh) but i figured these cant be that bad.

they're handy to have if you're watching your nutrition and are too lazy to cook. I'd hesitate to replace my entire diet with them considering I eat 2 or 3 in one sitting

yeah i definitely wont be buying any more, was more curious (and hungry at the time of ordering) than anything.

ate them for a good 6-9 months. they're alright, taste alright, the chicken is always a bit weird though, like big chunks of pressed deli chicken rather than an actual breast. some are shit I cannot remember which. Out of all the premade 'fitness' 'wellbeing' meals they were probably the best. I lost a shitload of weight because they are a good portion size for me and I was not overeating. they are no doubt processed slop though, but good for easy quick meals I guess and good for training yourself to eat reasonable portion sizes and losing weight.

The bolognese is bad, the tortellini are barely edible
>>
don't order them through the website, but sometimes you can find them marked down in the frozen section of the supermarket.
>>
>>20984803
it said "38g protein" on the label, but on the back in the nutritional info it says its 37.5g.

At least it makes it easy to track your macros, it’s the one thing I don’t like about bulk cooking is estimating how many calories are in each portion, especially with stuff that exudes fat while cooking like ground beef.
