>>20987680I've cooked recipes from both cuisines and wouldn't say Persian stews are worse than Indian curries. The Persian dishes I made had tasted really flavorful and hearty and healthy from all the fresh herbs and those fermented dried lemons. Couldn't source the berries they use, though.
