It really is the best seafood. Relatively cheap, easy to prepare, almost pure edible meat, strong and distinct flavor, low on the food chain, works with any flavor profile.

I love fake crab/kani, but gotta get it from the Asian store so it has msg. Also squid. It's cheap, green (can't overfish it because it fucks like rabbits), is high in protein, and tastes good.
