I forgot to take first pic but looked good and still had vacuum. Just got it.
Input salt and pepper and garlic powder on them and let let them sit 2 hours

Then I seared them in a small stainless pan.and placed them to rest.

That's because marked down meat is either on the verge of expiration or somebody dropped it on the floor. Nobody should ever buy marked down meat no matter how desperate you get.

Lamb Chops with Lawry's or Season all + black pepper only.
Bake in oven until the fat is crispy. High heat for a short time recommended.
Pepper sauce, potatoes, green peas and rhubarb jam with.
