i made spaghetti and meat balls for the first timethe meatballs are very soft, such that i can slice through them lightly with my fork, revealing an interior glistening with moisture. the sauce is sweet and acidic which compliments the richness of the meatballs one thing the recipe did not include that i put was a half cup of ricotta cheese into the meatballs. it is interesting and i can definetly taste it in the finished dish. would i do that again? probably but with a quarter cup instead. also i would put fennel seeds in there too and see what happens
>>21090886nice. I'm never not in the mood for mætballs. you got a cross cut shot of them 'balls?
>>21090888>you got a cross cut shot of them 'balls? No because he didn't make that
aw man i already ate them. heres a shot of the top tho that i was gonna use for this thread instead. i have like 20 more in the fridge, if this thread is still up by dinner tomorrow ill do a cross sectioninside is some parsley, garlic, diced yellow onion. nothing much visually but the flavors are there for sure. thats why id want to add fennel seeds not just for their sweetness but maybe to add some textural contrast

>>2109088610x bigger than they should be but as long as you enjoyed yourself that's what's important.
>>21090971nothing makes a woman feel more useful than when all the food she prepares is devoured. women don't have muscles or brains so the feeling of validation is foreign to them
>>21092319>nothing makes a woman feel more useful>feeling of validation is foreign to themPretty impressive how you contradict yourself with that small amount of text. Maybe you're the one without a brain
>>21090886Oh yeah? Maybe I’ll slice through YOUR meatballs and see if they’re glistening with moisture, you little queer
>>21090886Ricotta in the meatballs? That's a really cool touch, anon. Thanks for sharing and I'm gonna try it next time!
