Chicken breast is great if cooked right, of course cooking white meat poultry is something only good cooks can do, hence people complaining about it and turkey breast

That being said, if you batter and fry it it's still a perfect vehicle for sauces, which can't be said about greasy ass dark meat, where sauce is just too much.

I've been cooking chicken breast with an original recipe. It's spicy orange ginger sesame chicken breast oven-steamed en papillote. I eat it over white rice cooked with coconut milk, italian seasoning, and a little salt.

It's almost as juicy as a whole roasted bird. I'm going to keep experimenting with meat baked in unbleached parchment paper.
