Tell me about what I can do with the pomegranite mole-asses
>>21104544No idea. Does it mix with soda water?
>>21104544Shove the bottle up your ass, bottom first.
>>21104557I think it's for cooking with, it's tart.
>>21104557i've done this before, its very nicesometimes i have a spoonful as a treat

>>21104544Give them back their asses! >:(
>>21104544Kabob Torsh is the only thing I’ve used it for. I dropped the glass bottle afterwards and it shattered everywhere.
My grandmother, before she died, used to hollow out GIGANTIC fucking carrots (winter ones) and stuff them with the carrot innards cooked with onion, rice and spices (basically a pilaf) then glaze them with pomegranate syrup/molasses as they roasted. I was never a fan but maybe you'll enjoy traditional Durkastani food you'll never see in restaurants more than I do. : )
>>21105514After posting this, I looked it up and it looks like it's traditionally made with black, purple or red carrots, in decreasing order of preference but I guess nan could never get the right ones in Western Europe and just used orange ones.
>>21104544Do they you mean the bombabuilding molossus
>>21104544It has a bit of sweetness, but is quite sour, in a non-citric way. Which is good, since citrus sometimes fucks up other flavors.
I think I used that when I made fesejan.
OP hereI was once told it is used to make barbeque sauce, but I guess I misremembered because I think they use blackstrap molasses for that, either way I am going to try making some BBQ sauce with it because I can't imagine pomegranate being a bad flavour profile to add. I have an idea to oven roast onions, tomatoes and peppers which i'll blend/combine with spices like cumin, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper and dried herbs to a tomato base, either ketchup or tomato passata, maybe it will need some vinegar too.Its either going to taste like bbq sauce, nothing like bbq sauce but good, or total shit
>>21104544Have a PB&P >>21104557You can do, it's quite refreshing
>>21107497That's not a bad idea! In fact, I'm gonna use some in my baking instead of actual molasses and see how it goes.
