I'm not sure how many restaurants will do this, but I call it, unsurprisingly, the Mexican Pizza Crunchwrap and it's my favorite way to eat the pizzas. I'd suggest adding something like nacho cheese, jalapenos, onions, or side sauce to it as the tortilla alone makes it a tad dry.At the very least it might impress and/or anger the employees.
