What the fuck is this shit, fiesta? The crockery line best known for color and fun, and they release this garbage color?
>>21107231There are people obsessed with Fiesta and probably were demanding a more traditional color for events like weddings
>>21107241I can assure you that fiesta collectors and lovers love the bright colors. This beige blah is for millennial grey lovers and those who feel no joy in life
>>21107243Wow, it's almost like offering specific colours for specific market segments is just good buisness.
>>21107255yes but I'm not going to buy them. what about me? where are my dishes? ME ME ME
>>21107258most sane fiestaware enthusiast
>white dishes are for le millennial onions man open mouthed baby yoda hot sauce connoisseurssome of you really need to log off and nasal irrigate with a 12 gauge
>>21107231tits or gtfo.
>>21107312They MAKE white dishes. This is a sandy color for fiesta collectors to get sand in their vaginas
>>21107755Then who the fuck cares?
>>21107755For me it's the this sounds gay as fuck and I'm only gay enough to care about decorative spoons and mugs
>>21107231I'm just pissed that they discontinued cobalt. Linen is better than ivory.
>>21107787Isn’t cobalt one of the best selling colors
>>21107243Do people just own like 5 different sets of plates, or do they have a bunch of plates that don't match?
>>21107231>plate pal
>>21107968Yes, and I think it was an original color. >>21108006My wife is a fiesta nut. We all have our own color (5-7 of us total, mine is cobalt), plus a backup color. We have regular plates, bread/dessert plates, bowl plates, luncheon plates, pasta bowls, soup bowls, coffee cups, gusto bowls, a couple of bowls that I don't know the name of... I'm thinking the cabinet has over 200lbs in it, and I tell her don't get any more, but it doesn't work.
>>21108006idgi. I bought one set of grey dinner plates and bowls from IKEA when I went off to college. Still have those, but then when I moved into my apartment I also got a bigger set of white ones from IKEA so I had saucers tiny 8oz bowls, and mugs that all matched for larger gatherings with the family. 2 is good, if even a little much.
I like Fiesta Bowls. I found two Fiesta Bowl sets at Marshalls, I believe they were $12.99. I still have them and use them.
>>21107231This is a Portmeirion board, fiestards fuck off
>>21107231NOO NO NO NO NOOOOO YOU CANT JUST INTRODUCE A NEUTRAL COLOR IN ADDITIONAL TO ALL OF YOUR OTHER USUAL COLORS!!!!
There are fanboys for a crockery brand? Really?
>/ck/ - Crying about the specific shade of beige on a plate
>>21108120show us your collection faggot
>>21108191You can collect literally anything. why is this surprising
>>21107243Man I hate I sometimes end up choosing neutrals because I cant make a decision on which colors to pick
>>21108120What an absurd waste of money
>some people out there care this much about platesWild
>>21108381It isn’t JUST about the plates. It’s also about the pitchers, the serve ware, the bake ware, the cups! 2025 is going to be a nightmare, and it is heralded by fiesta being drained of all its color!
>>21108006You’re supposed to buy complimentary colors and make your own style or a bunch of mismatched plates to give it that bright, fiesta party look. You usually bought entire sets or promos with deliberately mismatched colors. Fiesta also sold every piece ala carte, so you could buy one at a time during the depression. It’s an all American brand and very special. Which is why the new trend chasing neutrals suck so much.
>>21107231times are tough, dye costs moneyif you want the good shit go find old pieces at resale shops, otherwise pay up ya fuckin wagecuck
>>21108566fiesta makes shit in every color of the rainbow, they start making some white shit and you come bitching about the need for color like a fucking dei hire, acting like a fucking line of kitchenware is fulfilling a prophecy. I don't know how you managed to get all the shit coming out of your ass to type on the keyboard for you, but good job.
>>21109293>color>deiBack to /pol/ with you, thread is about crockery not cuckery
>>21109323and yet here you are, cucking it up
