One of those is 400 calories - replace 2 of your three meals with it and have a "normal" evening meal and you will lose weight if you're a fat fuck. If you want a way to control portions, just read the calorie counts on frozen dinners. You will be able to eat a more varied diet, which is almost guaranteed to be much better for you than anybody's idea of a single food ideal diet.
