finally. some good fucking rice cooked perfectly without fuss. fuck the cheapo rice cookers and fuck doing it on the stove.
now I must try better rice than basmati and jasmine. Maybe some koshihikari? I hear it is good.

yessir. stainless steel outer AND inner pots. Apparently there's another one that is half stainless and half aluminum (don't know which pot is aluminum) but that can be an issue when cooking with acids iirc. leeching aluminum into your food if you use this for things other than just rice.

fluffy and soft but not turning into mush or excessively sticking to each other like my other rice makers would do.
A dumb change in a better consistency really makes the meals better as a whole.
