I slow cooked some pork shoulder the other day and used the remaining juices to make rice. Shredded the pork and mixed it in the rice with a can of kidney beans to take to work. It's been fantastic and today i put in a little hot sauce but not enough. Anyways the bone just slid off the pork when it was done and I've been riding the high of that feeling all week and i came to cee kay just to tell someone about it.
