How do you go about eating something like this?

You eat the shells, like a man. Don't be a pussy.

Instructions unclear, crammed shells up my bumhole

>remove the mollusks from the shells with the fork
>place them on the 'za and discard the shells
>now eat like a normal pizza

Why didn't they do that before baking the pizza?

i dunno. for fun or presentation? clams and other shellfish cook up nicely in their shells and then you have the juices still in the shell that you can then splash on the pizza? it seems kind of silly but i'm fine with it. a bunch of naked mollusks don't look too great just heaved onto a pizza, and they might overcook that way i guess.

I think it's easier and better to just put the unopened seafood on top of the pizza and let it cook inside the shell in the oven. if you cook it or remove it from the shell first it will probably end up overcooked.
I'm not a fan of seafood pizza, but that's how I would do it.

Pick them off and eat them, then eat the 'za
