Probably about 4 or 5 years ago when I started exercising seriously. Although low fat high carb is good if you wanna be lean marathon runner or cyclist body type, if you want to be big you need fats, especially animal fats

Yep. That’s why bodybuilders do high protein/carbs and low fat in order to build/maintain muscle without fat gain
