When did you realize low fat/high carb was the answer? For me it was about eight years ago.

Probably about 4 or 5 years ago when I started exercising seriously. Although low fat high carb is good if you wanna be lean marathon runner or cyclist body type, if you want to be big you need fats, especially animal fats
