IDK aboutta good take, Im just kinda drunk and suddenly thought of it. I mean, you got ramen, right. Its ftuckin noods made byy some literal who, who just thought usinging this one lake as cooking water would be a neat marketing gimmick, and bwamo, ramen. Fun fact: its actually from Mongolia, soo theyre not KONICHIWAH DUDE thousands folded nippon noods. What made that lake fancy though, is its high ph. This high ph is basically the same thing youre trying to achieve when giving dough a lye-bath to make pretzels. Just how much ph you need is a little different, so trying to made raymond noods with lye might be a lil funky, but when I'm making raymond nudes, I feel like I making pretzel spaghetti

Boil pasta in hot water with baking soda and it becomes like ramen noodles.
