I recently had some chicken kebat. Tried googling more about it like the history of the dish and maybe see some chefs make it or locals as I learn measurements better that way than recipes. Everytime I google though or use YouTube it just defaults to kebab. I guess have you tried kebat? Why is there no real info or even a wiki page for it? Kebat thread.
