The hips have to compensate for the thighs so the body can walk, jump, squat and so on - so it gives an "illusion" of large glutes, but that's not usually common. Most boys will just be top-heavy, but there are exceptions with weight going down to the thighs/hips. Point is, all boys are beautiful no matter size or shape.
