Here’s what I think now: The Prototype and Dr Sawyer are two separate entities that still exist in Playtime Co. though the Prototype can mimic voices, it really was Sawyer talking in the trailers. The eye on the TV screen represents Sawyer and he’ll be watching us through them. If we’re caught, Yarnaby comes and kills us.Quinn Navidson was a boy who Sawyer took under his wing and turned into Yarnaby.So there are three main opposing forces and they each have a right-hand man who carries out their orders. >Poppy and the player>The Prototype and CatNap>Sawyer and YarnabyCatNap is dead but the Prototype might still have use for him. It’s also possible that The Prototype and Sawyer along with Poppy are all unable to pose any physical threat which is why they all have someone else to be their right-hand man. I think that Sawyer uploaded his brain to an AI which is why he’s still “alive” down there. That leaves two characters who are still a mystery- Elliot Ludwig and Ollie. It’s possible that Elliot was turned into the Prototype against his will by Sawyer, and nobody but Sawyer is aware of this, not even Elliot himself. Ollie could be just about anything, friend or foe. Dome have speculated that he’s Baby Long Legs, others think he’s the Prototype doing a voice.If The Prototype ends up being Elliot, maybe a shaky alliance will be formed between him and Poppy against Sawyer, the true evil of the series. Poppy herself is almost certainly based on Elliot’s daughter, after all.Thoughts?

So maybe at some point he said "Say goodbye to Saywer and hello to Ollie" and in that case Poppy would be evil because she would have to know this.
