Do you think I had full knowledge (consent) of what I was getting into when I signed up for student loans at 18 when my only experience with money was half-assing work at my part time job, spending it all on video games and cheap food? Do you think the average 16 year old really knows the danger they're putting their life and the lives of others in when they drive their first car? Consent requires full knowledge and will, meaning being able to discern all available outcomes likely to happen in a given scenario. This is not the case for the vast majority of boys when it comes to their sexuality. Even if a preadolescent boy acts out sexually out of frustration, curiosity, or some genetic abnormality, it's still not consensual and should not be treated as normal behavior.
