My anemo squad has venti, jean, kaeya and a random hydroIf I want to add Scaramouche to that who should I replace? I want to say Jean but she’s the party healer and she also was easy to upgrade. Venti is also mostly upgraded and has that swirl attack and it’s useful to have two non anemo

Maybe upgrading Xingqui so Jean isn’t needed would work. He’s slow at applying hydro tho
>>3999744Hm. I'd honestly suggest Aino or Furina and Ineffa as your reaction source for your anemo team. Ineffa's shield is pretty good and she's a solid subDPS as long as you have hydro. Aino gives you Moonsign for Nod Krai shilled content, but she does no damage and is circle impact oriented (if you got cons on her that's a but more loose since she has coordinated attacks with some range). Furina is on Wanderer's BiS hypercarry team last I heard (though apparently DPS Venti will be equivalent with that next patch) and her minions follow you around so you don't have to worry about the circle... and you can just swap her to healing mode when you want to top your health off. DPS Venti's team is Durin, Faruzan and Benny btw.

But when making an optimized team always try to think about each character's role in the team - Scara and Lyney are both on-field characters that don't do anything off-field, so if you have them both on the team, you're basically wasting one character slot, taking one of them out for another buffer would always be better. That's why Durin is going to be huge too, there are barely any male 5*s that do support/damage off field, and Durin will be an almost universal one

Except that she’s usually more DPS and you can switch to itto if skill is on countdown or too injured and the geo shields fix lots of Father’s weakness.I still get the idea it would be more optimal to use Lisa or Yae for off field dps reactions. Which is funny given his panic attacks
