Hello /co/,I need help finding a specific cartoon I used to watch in the early 2000s on Cartoon Network. I don’t remember much, other than that it was set in a city, took place in the late ’90s or early 2000s, had heroes and villains, and one of the villains was a punk/goth guy who could do parkour and ate bugs like they were snacks.
