This movie itself is boring as fuck. The idea of making food tasting an orgasmic sensation is cringy. The rat is annoying as fuck. The lanky loser is an outright scumbag that goes gaga with the slightest taste of money. The romance between him and the tsundere tomboy is terribly unrealistic. The Jafar midget is just a moustsche twirling baddie with the character depth of a piss stain. The only thing good was the soundtrack, very relaxing although maybe too much stereotipically french.

I think in general this is a problem with more simplified cutesy artstyle, they tend to favor minimalizing every facial detail minus the eyes. For animal people the face is going to be the most animal-like thing about them and that's the part that gets reduced the most.
