Nicky Two-Vests and Manny Quinn. Early /co/ creations from the conservatory wiki.

Nicky is mentioned on the first thread that Manny was created on /co/, so they’re made around the same time around 2007.

Well, motherfuck my procrastinating ass! I almost didn't make it! But I am a man of my word - new year, new issue of Wake/Sillage translated! Here it is folks - your new issue in the continuing adventures of Nävis, the ultimate French waifu!

In case I need to downsample any pages in order to post them; you can find the original scans of the German edition on comicmafia.to.

In this issue: Nävis goes pro; and finally comes face to face with the only race in the universe more evil and dangerous than even the Yiarhu-kah!

Merry christmas; you magnificent bastards!

So did the original writer Jean-David Morvan stop after volume 19?
Thanks for the storytime OP.

Not when they're hairless and perfect.

It's a good Western, manga-style comic!
It's not perfect, it has many definite flaws, mostly technical.
But it's more good than bad.

Could it be legally published in your country
Do you enjoy protection for freedom of speech and freedom of expression?

Anyway, Nina Starlight is cute (she's cute, CUTE, Etc), and Merry Christmas!

What did we think of it?
>>
Loved what I read of it.
My favorite story is then the Jack-in-the-Box is visited by his potential future sons and one of them interprets a quip as an ultimatum and way of life.
>Just so you know, this means war!
>I WAS QUOTING BUGS BUNNY
It's a wonderful anthology that tackles introspective struggles over external crisis.

Joking aside, how the fuck is this movie so fucking good?

PS: The new captcha is pure fucking ass.

This was always my favorite adaptation of A Christmas Carol.

The only thing that is surprising to me is the "lost" content that people talk about. The version I always saw had all of these so-called missing scenes. I guess I had the correct VHS growing up.

Or you can study it and apply measurable criteria.

>but they're largely parasites
>they cost more in changing our system to put all the government paperwork in their language than they actually contribute to the economy working for pennies.

All of these can be measured.

Show me some 20th century literature supporting you, that isn't from some fringe kook, and ... well, I'll still insult your viewpoint. But at least you'll have learned something.

Paramount and the Ellisons will SUE Zaslav and the Warner Bros board for "running a bidding process that favored an inferior bid from Netflix" to take control of Warner Bros as their DefCon 1 option

These lawsuits are usually a nothingburger, it's just common practice in the western world to accuse the other party of rigging when your bid fails.

Do you ever wonder, why did something as antisocial as keeping a huge secret from your friends and family become such a huge part of the superhero mythos? These characters were created as role models, and them regularly lying to their loved ones was originally supposed to be seen as heroic and admirable for the greater good of not putting them in danger. But in real life, you probably wouldn't want to be friends with someone who regularly vanishes and lies to you. Isn't it weird how something so blatantly antisocial became such a crucial part of the allegedly benevolent power fantasy?
I've heard the idea that the trope and its popularity originates from the appeal to Jewish migrants trying to hide that they're Jewish. How true do you think that is?

"The super-hero ... is an individualist and he is not deeply rooted in family or community life. He depends upon aides, accomplices, and companions who are far inferior to him in ability, physique, courage, and intelligence. He is more concerned about abstract ideals of justice than in actual human beings. He is omnipotent and infallible. His actions are secretive, so much so that oftentimes they cannot be revealed to his closest companions. These companions, in turn, follow their super-heroes with blind and unfaltering loyalty and devotion. He is more righteous than established law and order. He is defiant toward lawful processes and suspicious of them, and he frequently exposes cumbersome, blundering, unintelligent, or corrupt officers of the law. The super-hero, although generally he disregards legal machinery, sometimes contrives to force this machinery to function by allowing clumsy officials to make the final arrest, mete out punishment, and thus enhance their egos. More often, however, the super-hero contrives to have bad people destroy themselves or one another as a consequence of their misdeeds. The super-hero avoids the roles of the trial lawyer, and of the jury member. These roles are too human for him to risk."

everything is a image wasting, unless is commissioned.

The early Wonder Woman comics were surprisingly wild for the 1940's
>>
>>151875398
It's less that they were wild for the 1940s and more that our view of history is completely mangled by Neo Whig History (SJWism). The 1960s-1970s can't have been the Era Of Liberation unless the 1950s and 1940s etc. were part of the Era of Repression. Therefore, everything before [insert date] must have been uniformly sterile and oppressive and Problematic etc.
