I remember liking Polymer City Chronicles for a bit but then the artist made the blue chick fat and I stopped caring.

I read about Penny Arcade’s first book in my dad’s Wired magazine, the games issue which introduced me to Spore.Looking it up go me onto a list of webcomics on Wikipedia. Clicking around got me eventually to Kevin & Kell and Holbrook’s comic ring. Which spiralled out to eventually lead me to Gurl Genius, Gunnerkrigg Court and I think Slightly Dammed. Which if I recall the author highlighted other comics she had seen.Leading to an every growing mass.
