It's genuinely hard to fuck up, short of doing OMD 2 for Ultimate.And they have no reason to OMD 2 Ultimate because that's part of what makes it different from 616 in the first place. The other possibility is simply that Amazing Spider-Man shapes up and knocks it out of the park again with stories that are better than Ultimate's, but I don't think our current Spider Office has it in them, and even if they eventually pull it off it won't be for a long, long time.
