Is it just me or did Phineas and Ferb basically fill the same position that Kim Possible did? The two shows are completely different, but Kim Possible was basically the only cartoon Disney gave a crap about when it was airing it felt like and when it ended, Phineas and Ferb became the only cartoon Disney gave a crap about aside from preschool shows

Disney stopped giving a crap about KP long before PnF came out. They only gave her a fourth season because the fans wouldn't shut up about it and then quickly sent KP to late-night purgatory

Good point. They did give Kim Possible a 3 day marathon when the show ended going through every single episode, which is something they didn't do for any of their other cartoons that ended around 2005-2007
