I'm going through the leaks and the weirdest part is that some of them (like Penn Zero) are cut from hour long uploads. They still have their runtime in the video. Mega Mega Woosh has something like this and a similar time, too, but it would overlap slightly with the Penn zero video, meaning they are cut from different videos. Any reason why? I feel like they're apart of year long compilations and other videos are mixed in. So even if these shows don't have pitch bibles to date them, you can sort of estimate when they were made, and better picture where Disney was at the time of making stuff like this.
