I was rewatching some Teen Titan episodes and had vague memories of a hero with the ability to make his soul leave his body for battles. While in "ghost" form he could fly and be swifter, but the downside was that he needed to be careful, because too much time away from his body will make him slowly phase through the ground away from his physical self.

Can't remember if it even was from Teen Titans, but in the chapter I remember he couldn't make it back at one moment. But was saved later by Raven.

When I saw Herald I got those flashbacks.
