How did Charlie get a job at the Smiling Friends? We can assume from both Pim and Alan's houses that the salary is very high, and since there is only 4 employees aside from boss, there must be a really strict criteria to filter the high demand. I can see the other 3 having very competent resumees given their traits and personalities, but Charlie is practically a hobo that only lives from moment to moment and doens't even do his job that well, how in the hell did he get in?
