Why do mainstream studios refuse to make PG-13/R-rated animated movies?
>>
>>144307491
Because G and PG movies make the most money.

Why are you such a fucking imbecile

PG-13 was a mistake.
You used to get away with all kinds of shit in PG, now it's basically just the same as G.

Not true. Most of the all-time earning movies are PG-13.

Animated? I don't think so.

Animation is made 99% for children. Just something to plop the turds in front of to keep them quiet for two hours.

Name three animated (non-anime/Ghibli) films with a PG-13 or R rating in the last 30 years that turned a profit. I got you started, 9 actually made 1 whole million dollars more than it cost to make (worldwide).
