Elektra and the Hand have never been good. Easily the worst part of Miller's DD run by far, but because they were created by Miller, that means they have to stick their ninja noses into every subsequent Daredevil run and adaptation

As a Kid he was. When he grew up they decided to make him an Alien with a backstory similar to Superman's. Relatively recently they retconned his backstory to be even more like Superman's than it was before.

Despite F-Zero not having had a game since 2004 and 2000AD still publishing Dredd, there are more Captain Falcon fans than there are Judge Dredd fans (or most Dredd fans are literal boomers who read 2000AD in the 80s and don't use the internet)
