Bikinis are high dog in general but will lower the risk a lot if it's a situation where you'd expect someone to wear one.You just generally get a feel for little tricks that make it go lewder. One of the most common tricks is making the AI think it's covered the subjects up, they've fixed a bunch of them (including the infamous glass panel one) but some things slip by.
