Is it okay to close a pull list via email? I'm going to go to the shop for two more weeks, and then I'm switching to online ordering. But I don't want to tell him in the shop that I'm never coming back because that would be awkward. So I'm thinking I'll just email him a couple of days later and tell him I'm cutting back on my spending (a lie) and let him know I won't need my pull list anymore.

Yes?

Just make up a lie that your moving then never shop near that general area again and when you're out in public you must forever wear a hat, trench coat and think black shades.

It's business. Just tell them you want to cancel your pulls. You don't even need to tell them anything more than that.
