That's why all the bug kids started to look normal as they got older. Their bug genes were being wiped out over time until a basically pure viltrumite would have been left if they had lived long enough to see the process through. A kryptonian hybrid would probably be pretty strong at first, getting immediate viltrumite buffs on top of the sun-powered nature of a kryptonian. Give it a few decades and the sun power starts to scale down. After a few hundred, it's almost negligible and kryptonite would probably do next to nothing. After a thousand years, they'd basically be a viltrumite and sun/kryptonite wouldn't affect them at all.
