Only up to the original planned final issue which I think was like 35ish maybe. Like all early 90's vertigo titles it drops off hard and meanders with fake life pondering questions because the writer was upset his bisexual 30 year old roommate didn't want to fuck him.

I've never read it but I'm gonna say yes because I heard old Milligan is good. Also, I think it has good art, which is 90% of the reason to read a comic anyway.
