>>144648859And that’s it! What do you all think about it?
>>144648679What is he drawing with in the second panel?>>144648870It's a nice sampler. The second story's style stood out the most, but each one is decent for what it is. Wish the Amelia Rocks comic had more drawn backgrounds instead of gradients (seriously just stick with flats!) but I'm guessing that was done a while ago.Nice stuff.
>>144648870He seemed to have some difficulties with the quality if you compared the Tanner Rocks' pages to the previews (it's particularly noticeable with the text) so I'm hoping the full release on physical fixes itWriting feels on point which is nice and Mary gives me strong dork vibes Kind of surprised Julie hasn't showed up yet but it's only 11 pages so far (which seems to be the average for the chapters which will go onto December)I'm not expecting a full trade worth of story but I'm somewhat optimistic the shorter length will at least leave a solid, self contained story though Gownley's shift in page layout kind of concerns me with the pacing since I loved how rapid fire Amelia Rules' comedy was and I think the amount of panels and dialogue he managed to cram into each page played a part in that I was gonna comment how Tanner surprisingly didn't use the simple dot eyes most Amelia characters use but then I remembered later stories had her use those sorts of eyes more often I don't hate the new coloring but I kind of miss the style he used for Gracieland
>>144648641He posted this as a preview for the next chapterI think it's unfinished given Tanner's not in purple
>>144649135You sure?

>>144649086I’m guessing it’s an evolution of style.
>>144649214It's just a matter of personal preference I specified Gracieland because lets face it, most of us aren't used to Amelia Rules' in anything BUT potato quality if we didn't read it beyond the storytimes this yearI've Jimmy's current artstyle be done well on his twitter (before it got hacked by a crypto scammer and ended up being suspended) so I know I can like it but it's a matter of getting used to I supposeWeirdly enough, I normally prefer flats over gradients
>>144649301*I've seen
>>144648479Kind of wondering if he's gonna continue the anthology format In The Real Dark Night was just a preview and it's not looking like he's able to have full issues of classic Amelia Rules since he had to get permission from the current publisher and its just done out of promotion so I wouldn't expect say, the entirety of Superheroes to be released under this
>>144648469Cute.
>>144648583rude
>>144648870Huh, Too Dumb To Quit and the Amelia Rules! timeskip switched places
This is cute!
>>144648622>>144648641I understood that reference.

Thanks for posting!
>>144651332The whole original Amelia Rules story got storytimed this year Highly recommend it even if the image quality is poor (the series was never 100 percent scanned)

>>144652399Did they catch the last train to trans central?
>>144648689You' re welcome. Amelia rules is very enjoyable.

>>144654920Yes. Yes, they did. They were bound for Mumu land
>>144657914The last train left an hour ago.
Reading bump
I just realized, we're probably not gonna see Amelia's dad in this outside of maybe a flashback because this takes place after his family moved
>>144654279Highly enjoyable and worth seeking out.
>>144648469Thanks
