I prefer Baker's pre-digital art overall, but his Plastic Man is driven by it being made digitally. Because he realized he could do anything with his tools, the art style is basically pure experimentation and him using any tool for any tone he sees fit. Doing wacky slapstick, or a straight up parody, it gives the comic an energy it wouldn't necessarily have if it had to be done in a slower, traditional way.
