I stopped reading ongoing comics 2 years ago because it was tough to keep up with a lot of books. But I'm feeling the itch to read comics again. Is it worth getting back into?
>>144656905It's never been worth getting into all of the ongoings. Just read what looks good, and if it gets too muddled, drop it and read something else.
>>144656961I'm not sure what looks good anymore. I don't any of the writers and it looks like most of the big names left marvel/dc. Any indies worth checking out? I liked Deadly Class and East of West and Prophet when they were out
no.
>>144658182Eh.
>>144656905Why do you want to "keep up" with I'm assuming garbage capeshit? Mainline DC and Marvel and wretched trash.
>>144659305I guess I kind of miss the thrill I had when I first started reading comics in 2009. I started with all the vertigo classics and old superhero runs I pirated like Ostrander Suicide Squad and Grell Green Arrow. I also hopped into ongoings and I used to get a real thrill month to month reading comics
>>144656905>I stopped reading ongoing comics 2 years agoJust two years? This shit hasn't be worth it for a long time
>>144656905I regret every amount of time and money I spent on comicsDo something elseI'm deadass serious
