00s Comedy Central was leading the charge in the totally uncensored, no actual jokes just shock humor only stuff. Especially in the animated series front. Dr Katz was the complete and total opposite of the 00s CC output in almost every single way.

True enough. The closest 90s CC came to the edginess of the 2000s was The Man Show and I believe that started when they were starting to phase out Dr. Katz from the lineup
