I'm sure the writers had to keep whether or not the TTS was an actual serial killer or not omitted because of the tone of the show, and strangling/stranglers doesn't always mean to kill, so hey, there's that.

There's a lot of season 3 eps in thus show that were kind of dark or mean for a family/children's series,or this show at least. This ep, two men think they've murdered a man then try to hide his corpse, eventually from the police, a bully hunts down the main character who receives no help from anyone, along with a couple others.
