This feels like bait. Anyway the Jubes Mojo episode is the only one that feels like a monster-of-the-week sorta thing, a fun little digression. Everything else I thought was pretty connected.

Classic superhero comics, which this show actually attempts to replicate, are a hybrid genre. That's why X-Men deal with space stuff, vampires, demons, and also mutant stuff. If you want a now streamlined genre experience, you might just be a fan of superhero movies.
