>>144678284That was only for season 2. Skybound looked into it since they could legally get into trouble due to US sanctions on North Korea. Season 3 is definitely being outsourced to another animation studio that won't be outsourcing.
They need to improve the animation or people will move on. The moments coming up are too reliant on great art to just skate by on voice acting from now on.
