Wish there were more one off episodes with magical artifacts. Anytime they showed Jackie being a archeologist was awesome.

>>145514303It does manage the concept a helluva lot better than many others before it. The Chuck Norris cartoon I think mainly failed because it felt too much like a G.I Joe knockoff. And others like Bruno the kid were mixed bags given their animation or level of inclusion with the celebrity involved. While I don't know the exact reason why Chan didn't voice himself, I imagine it probably helped in the long run since they were probably able to shoot many of the closing segments in bulk and then not bother him while he was doing his movies until they needed more of those Q&A sessions. And of course it also meant not having to pay an arm and a leg just to have the star character be voiced by someone who was already pricey to have in films.
