Honestly, at this point I think the big question is can Giorno swipe some DNA from Joker? Because being able to copy a STAND ability in the first place already suggests that GE can create things on a spiritual level, so Joker’s clone having all of his Personas would basically be a given. You can argue that making a fully fledged human clone would take some time, but both GE and GER can give the time necessary to it to be “born”, so at that point nothing Joker has would be able to harm Giorno thanks to him being able to just reflect it right back, or even just immediately gib him with his strongest Persona.
