It's interesting, I think this book suffers from a bit of decompression, but unlike say the current Avengers run or ASM, it still feels like important things happen at least once every issue. Like I can already tell that certain "people" who visit this board are gonna complain that Peter is barely in it and that he never suits up as Spider-Man, but that really doesn't matter. This issue did a lot of leg work for the Ben/Jonah plotline that's been in the background for a while and had a few important revelations, and that's all I really ask from a single issue. In an ideal world we could've got this story in less pages and also had time for some Spider-Man, but I'm still happy with what I got this issue.Besides the art I guess. The paneling was pretty boring and the art could be pretty wonky sometimes, but it's still plenty serviceable.

I like this series but I wish it was slightly more balanced with personal life and superhero stuff. At least have Spider-Man on a page or something. That combined with the time skips make it feel like we're missing a lot of cool stuff even if we're not.
