And forward 2007 movie and Animated had different core cast with only Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Ratchet, Megatron, and Starscream in common (later movies and seasons added others with overlap).
It keeps changing for the Autobots. But right now it's Optimus, Bee, Arcee, Mirage.Jazz might be a contender based on whatever the next movie does.

Megatron and his fellow Decepticons who were modified by Unicron highlighted how the Decepticons evolved but ultimately were stuck in their old ways too with the overall lack of new blood.
