Watched/read anything french lately? I watched Sirocco and the Kingdom of Winds and i really liked it, the visuals and music were amazing.
>>146147717This was so nice. Most visually interesting 2D movie in a long time.
>>146147717I wish I could study animation in France. French animation is usually cool and of high quality. What do you need, besides learning French?
>>146147717I wanted to watch but I’m in RI and the closest showing was in smelly, useless Boston. So I didn’t. I don’t plan on watching it on a tv so I’ll likely never see it.
Saw it on Tubi. Atmospheric film that made me dread a downer ending, but it turned out better than I thought.
Watched dofus book 1 for the first time and i enjoyed it. Shame it bombed i would love another movie with these characters.
>>146148474I just wish it got an English dub. This is the only subbed movie I've ever bothered watching aside from the new Dragonball movie because my brother bought the wrong tickets.
>>146147717Looks cute, why am I just now hearing of it?
>>146148474cute nose
>>146149563It's very cute, it just got released like 3 months ago. I really hope it gets more buzz.
>>146147717>>146150571bird milk.
Been watching some lolirock
>>146147901Tubi has really come in handy lately. I recently used it to watch Petit Vampire, and I also started Mummy Nanny. Would be nice if they had sub options, though, 'cause Petit Vampire's English dub is TRASH
Read a few books recently:- Aigles de Rome 7 - better story than 6, not that that's hard, but I'm still not as interested in this cycle than the first, and Marini is certainly lazier with his art than he used to be, ever since he did Noir Burlesque he seems to have realised that he can put in half the effort and still sell as many books.- L'ombre des Lumières 1 - Ayroles is an excellent writer and this is no exception, some fun Ancien Régime fuckery, like Liaisons Dangereuses. Art is nice too, but not as good as Guarnido's on Les Indes Fourbes.- Navigateurs - I haven't finished this one yet, I like Serge Lehman but it's a real slow start so I'm going to have to come back to it. And De Caneva's art is honestly quite disappointing, especially after the lovely cover. On my to-read pile I haveTomcat, the newest book with Romain Hugault on art.The newest volume of Château des étoiles by Alex Alice, always a pleasure to look over the lovely watercolours, and Sophie is so fucking cute, mai waifu for laifu. I wish First Second had continued the English translation so more could know her perfection.
>>146147874You'll need determination. Especially if you're trying to get into a prestigious school like Gobelins specifically.
>>146153771sounds easy enough
>>146147892Boston isn't useless...
French filmmakers are in another league
>>146147717french stuff is pretty gud honestly>>146148474The reason it bombed was because jewkama didnt advertise it if barely back then and there wasnt much interest overallHOWEVER if they decide to release a new movie or re-release it and instead fix their shit?, then yeah it wouldnt bomb
>>146153144I require webms of her scenes for educational purposes
>>146155553I'm digging the look of that receptionist
>>146147901That's nice to hear, downer endings make me sad :-(
>>146158097pussy
