Matt Braly got a different guy - Jamie Turner - to design Anne and Sprig for this concept sketch. He kept some elements of it but for his own pitch he made Anne brown and frazzy haired to look like a picture of his grandma as a kid. He changed Sprig’s design too, not just Anne. Suits had nothing to do with the change, the creator just preferred his own design over come other guy’s.
